Refer letter written by PS, Revenue to Collector. The copy is on the notice/news board. Contact immediately collectors and identify Seva Kendra need for each taluka. Convey the need in terms of counter no, and officers who has to sit behind counters. Also assess where temporary arrangements are required for entire Seva Kendra and Sheds. Each Kendra has to start by 1st April So keep the parallel process for tender etc.
